Prologue

Hello, 2013! 
It's been a long time coming, and we have survived apocalypses to make it this far, but we finally made it! 2013 is here! Something about the way this year started felt much like the silence that happens before a crowded audience erupts into applause. I suppose all I'm doing here is waiting for that ovation. 

Well, more about me. Blogs really are just ego in writing, right? I'm Rosemary Svenson, known to most as Roro or Rosie. I was born and raised in Southern Southeast Alaska, living adventures on the edge of the ocean. Usually, when I am not on an adventure, which is rare, I am creating music, art, and generally "wreaking havoc," to quote a friend. Knitting and crocheting along with Doctor Who are some of my top favourite things to do to make time pass, or pretty much anything to not have to clean my room.
