Not of Importance.

Somewhere in the middle of all this I forgot how to keep track of a day, which is mostly because I seem to have forgotten how to sleep. MY day started around 10:30 am on Tuesday and, rather than ending at the usual time, it has kept going and going and going like that Energizer Bunny. I feel like, as I listen to Animal Collective in my room, I have been awake for 100 years. My own little reverse Sleeping Beauty fairytale.

Obviously, this observation is a fallacy: days do not start when I decide to wake up, nor do they keep going on for days and days until I decide it's time to sleep. Even though everyone prefers to think otherwise, the universe does not revolve around me. Shocking, I know. If there is one thing I have learned from watching as much Doctor Who as I have, is that time, from a non-linear, non-subjective point of view, is more like a ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff. That is to say, no one can actually pin down time because it passes differently for everyone. Look! Even now I am in a different time zone than the good people in Sydney, who are diluted to think that, not only is it Fall, but daytime. To me, it is in fact nighttime and spring. Of course we are both wrong as much as we both are right.

Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is that it feels to me like I have just been having one literally long day, not a few short ones. It's all because I've been awake for (nearly) 40 hours, and planet Rosemary has been known to have 40+ hour days. This suits most of the population on planet Rosemary just fine because some are Insomniac Beauties, some are Too-Much-Friggin-Energy Beauties or Average Beauties while still more aren't even Beauties at all, but have just as much a right to live there.

I'm getting off topic, but honestly that doesn't bother me. I am at my core, as someone once put, distracted. I'm okay with that.
